Payment may be made by check (payable to Health Action Council Ohio) or

by credit card using PayPal.

Registration & Exhibit Hall open at 7:30 AM. Full day conference includes

breakfast, lunch and reception.

No one will be admitted without registration. Name tags must be displayed

at all times.
