The goal of the 2010 Health Educators’ Institutes is to provide an interactive training opportunity for those working or volunteering in all areas of health education. Participants will gain new skills, learn new information, and obtain resources to provide comprehensive health education services to their respective communities. Health Educators’ Institute is designed to provide training based on the seven areas of responsibility of a health educator as outlined by A Competency-Based Framework for Professional Development of a Certified Health Education Specialist.
