The Center for Injury Research and Policy at Nationwide Children's Hospital had Safety Boost educational tools available to health educators, car seat techs, etc. The are meant for distribution to parents of children 8 years old and younger. They focus on the use of booster seats but address the proper seat for children younger than 4 as well. They come with a measuring tape so parents can easily determine the height of their child.
