Hueston Woods State Park is located in Butler and Preble counties, about five miles northeast of Oxford in the southwestern part of the state.
Lodging Information
To receive the Conference lodging rates, individuals must call the reservation line at 513-664-3550 to reserve a room under the Ohio SOPHE block until September 13, 2024.
Room rates:
- $145.00/night (2 Queens) - 69 rooms in block
- $150.00 (standard king) - 4 rooms in block
- $160.00 (deluxe king, includes pull-out sofa bed) - 2 rooms in block
- $195.00 (family cabin) - 2 rooms in block
- Ideal for cost conscious attendees who do not mind a roommate. (1Q, Bunk- single top, double bottom, pull out trundle). The cabin is on
property but not connected to the lodge.
- The block includes a limited number of accessible rooms.
- A deposit of the first night’s room, taxes, and fees are due at the time the reservation is made.
- Room deposit remains fully refundable up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
- Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes (currently 7.25% sales tax and 9% lodging tax totaling 16.25%) or the 3% beautification fee. Taxes and fees shall appear as separate charges on each reservation folio and are subject to change.
- Tax-exempt attendees must pay with a company credit card or mail a company check and provide a printed certificate of tax exemption upon checking into the conference.
