Who Should Attend

HEI draws community and public health organizations and professionals, wellness program managers, public health students, school health educators, prevention professionals, community health workers, academic researchers, university and college instructors, and public health agency administrators.

Deadline for Conference Registration: September 30, 2025.

Ohio SOPHE encourages all participants to register and pay online to avoid errors and streamline efforts.

Unsure of your Membership Status?

You can view your membership status by logging into the member area section of the Ohio SOPHE website, www.ohiosophe.org. You can also reach out to Ashley Miller at membership@ohiosophe.org prior to registering for the conference. You may join OSOPHE as a 2025 member prior to registering for HEI to receive the member registration rate.

To receive the student rate, individuals must be enrolled full time at an Ohio college or university and not professionally employed. 

Unable to pay electronically?

To help streamline our processes, we encourage electronic payments whenever possible. If this presents a challenge for you or your organization, please reach out to Ashley Hartman (treasurer@ohiosophe.org) to discuss alternative options.

• Cancellations on or before 9/30/25 will receive a 50% refund.
• Registrations may be transferred to another individual prior to 10/13/25.
