Deer Creek Lodge and Conference Center is located approximately 32 miles south of Columbus, OH. Our lodge is located within Deer Creek State Park, which lies in the southwest corner of Heber Valley. Our driving directions will help guide you to Deer Creek Lodge. 

Lodging Information

To receive the Conference lodging rates, individuals must call the reservation line at 1-800-282-7275 to reserve a room under the Ohio SOPHE Health Educators Institute 2025 block (group code: OSHEI2514) until September 15, 2025.

Room rates:

• $148.00/night (2 queens)
• $148.00 (standard king)
• $148.00 (queen bunk, includes 2 queens and 1 set of twin bunks)
• $160.00 (deluxe queen, includes sofa and sitting area)
• The block includes a limited number of accessible rooms.
• A deposit of the first night’s room, taxes, and fees are due at the time the reservation is made.
• Room deposit remains fully refundable up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival.
• Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes (currently 7.25% sales tax and 6% lodging tax totaling 16.25%) or the 3% beautification fee. Taxes and fees shall appear as separate charges on each reservation folio and are subject to change.
• Tax-exempt attendees must pay with a company credit card or mail a company check and provide a printed certificate of tax exemption upon checking into the conference.
• Reservations requested after the block release date are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
