The biennial Amish Health Conference will be held August 1, 2019 in the heart of Amish Country…Holmes County, Millersburg, Ohio.
Please consider submitting a proposal, serve as a sponsor, and/or join us as a participant in one of the most unique opportunities to share and learn with experts and members of the community. Whether you are a healthcare or public health professional, researcher, or a community member who wants to learn more about the culture and history of a community deeply rooted in rural America, this conference is meant to educate and inspire you in a truly interactive and connected environment.
This conference draws health care professionals and community members from around the state and country who are excited to learn more about the Amish way of life and health care issues facing the community. Keynote speakers include bishops and elders from local Amish, Mennonite, and Plain communities.

Submissions and Registration
Submit proposals by Friday, April 5, 2019. Decisions will be made by Friday, April 26. Early bird registration will be available until Friday, June 28.
Continuing Education
Consortium for Health Education in Appalachia Ohio (CHEAO) is an approved provider by the Ohio Nurses Association an accredited approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. (OBN-001-91)
The Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing education for physicians. CME Application for AOA CME credit is pending.
