Early Bird Registration for the 2019 Amish Health Care Conference ends 6/28/19!
The 2019 national Amish Health Care Conference will be taking place August 1, 2019 in Millersburg, Ohio.
Please consider joining us as a participant in one of the most unique opportunities to share and learn with experts and members of the community. Whether you are a healthcare or public health professional, researcher, or a community member who wants to learn more about the culture and history of a community deeply rooted in rural America, this conference is meant to educate and inspire you in a truly interactive and connected environment.
This conference draws health care professionals and community members from around the state and country who are excited to learn more about the Amish way of life and health care issues facing the community. Keynote speakers include bishops and elders from local Amish, Mennonite, and Plain communities.
An application will be submitted to award Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) and/or Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES) to receive continuing education contact hours. AMA PRA Category 1 credit is pending approval.
